1. Skegness Tenancy

All vehicle rentals in Skegness are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or vehicle collection. This agreement sets out specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern.

2. Skegness Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Skegness, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age limits may vary by vehicle type, and additional charges may apply to drivers under 25) to rent in Skegness. Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address together with a payment card when collecting the vehicle in Skegness.

3. Skegness Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Skegness location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return in Skegness

  • You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection from our Skegness location and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a member of staff. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be recorded, assessed and charged to your account.

5. Insurance and Liability — Skegness

  • Basic third-party insurance is included with all rentals in Skegness. Full coverage details and the applicable excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional cover may be available to lower your out-of-pocket costs. Review these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the stated excess amount.

You must not use the rented vehicle in Skegness for:

  • Any illegal purpose or activity in Skegness. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities on beaches, dunes, or public roads. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials within Skegness. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges assessed by Skegness.

8. Limitation of Liability (Skegness)

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Skegness Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid in respect of the hire to which the claim relates.

9. Skegness Law

These Terms for Skegness are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.

10. Changes to Skegness Terms
